The CEDIA Expo in San Diego brought together tech brands, installers and integrators in the home automation industry. For 5 days between September 4 and 8, these industry affiliates from around the globe gathered to show off their latest and greatest tech and to shop around for new and innovative solutions to offer their clients. Everything from sound systems, to television and entertainment, to access control and surveillance and everything in between was on display.
LaView was proud to have a booth on the show floor to connect with industry professionals and gain closer connections with those who are purchasing, installing and integrating our security solutions into homes and businesses across the country.
Our booth featured our various product lines for visitors to familiarize themselves with LaView’s wide range of security solutions. We showed everything from HD 1080P to ultra HD 4K cameras, Wi-Fi, IP and HD Analog. In case you missed out on the show, we’ll give you a quick tour of what was on display at the booth.

Ultra HD 4K Cameras and Systems
Upon entering the booth, our guests were immediately hit with several eye-catching display options. Many made their way directly to the Ultra HD 4K camera section that took up a portion of our left-side wall. Our visitors were able to see our top-of-the-line IP security cameras at work as they displayed their crystal-clear image quality.
The biggest attention grabbers were our Ultra HD 4K Motorized Bullet camera and our Ultra HD 4K Motorized Dome camera. People were drawn toward their remote varifocal zoom controls along with the ease and accessibility of those controls. Top-quality 4K coverage was on everyone’s radar as they visited the booth!
HD 4MP Cameras and Systems
The other portion of our left-side wall was showing our HD 4MP security camera options. These represent our perfect starting point for new security camera systems or the logical upgrade for people’s previous 1080P kits. These 4MP surveillance cameras feature stunning, high-end resolution with user-friendly, customizable features like IR night vision and smart motion detection.
Standout cameras in this section were the HD 4MP Matrix IR Turret camera, for its angled coverage and clear, wide-angle view, as well as the HD 4MP Matrix IR Bullet camera for its obvious presence to deter crime and its overall resolution quality. HD 4MP security camera systems are definitely one of the industry’s top choices for great quality CCTV recording at a great price.
ONE Series
Directly in the center of the booth was our ONE Series station. This showed off our smart home compatible, Wi-Fi security camera solutions for around the house. On display was our forthcoming floodlight camera and outdoor battery cameras as well as some of the new ONE Series solutions we already have available on our store.
Most attention in this section was focused on the ONE Peek Peephole Camera. It is our new and exciting alternative to the doorbell camera for front door security solutions. It installs directly to your peephole with a camera facing out and a mini monitor on the interior door. It is the perfect convenient way for everyone in the family to see who’s at the door. HD 1080P + Wi-Fi Solutions
The back portion of the booth, on the right side, displayed our HD 1080P and Wi-Fi security cameras. This section drew in a lot of the installers and integrators that are looking to expand their residential market. Many of them find that households are looking for entry-level security that still features strong, high-definition resolution.
A lot of our guests were attracted to the two options that combined the best of both worlds; HD 1080P and Wi-Fi. The HD 1080P Wi-Fi Bullet camera and HD 1080P Wi-Fi Dome camera are the perfect choice for homes or businesses that want an easy set up with excellent resolution. These cameras simply plug into power and connect to your existing Wi-Fi network; it’s that simple!
HD Analog
The other half of the back-right wall was dedicated to our tried-and-true HD Analog systems. Though IP security camera systems attract attention for featuring newer tech, analog systems are a good option for those looking for reliable surveillance recording with traditional BNC cabling.
This area specifically highlighted our HD 5MP Color Night Vision cameras which produce a distinctly clear picture. People were interested in the story behind the color night vision and how you can choose between this and traditional black and white IR night vision in your camera settings. This is a great option for those looking for an exceptional night vision security camera solution.
